We deal with money regularly but do not have the relevant knowledge and skills to deal with money.
Startups and Entrepreneurship
Taking up a job after education is the norm and we do not do enough to challenge it. Let us start making Entrepreneurship an option. We can startup up at any point of time in our life. The rich are all entrepreneurs. Most of the general public do not understand entrepreneurship and even if they are capable avoid this route. It is important that you understand this route and consciously decide for yourself whether you wat to take this route or not.
Skill Development
Do you know that skilled employees earn almost double of unskilled employees? Develop and upgrade your skills to make more money.
We should know that skills always command a premium in the market. We should continuously upgrade our skills to remain relevant in the world.
When we combine all the three above we will be in a position to get a more equitable distribution in the world.
